This is a bit belated, but thank you very much for your excellent help back in March, when I was choosing my campervan. I was really impressed by your patience and understanding and friendly attitude. You helped ensure that I chose the right van for me and two months on I can definitely say I did. My wife and I are really impressed with the high quality and ingenious way it has been fitted out, everything works smoothly, it is a pleasure to drive and we find it suits us perfectly. I am writing to congratulate you and Auto Campers for an exceptional level of efficiency and customer service. Unfortunately this is not something encountered frequently these days so when a person or company stands out in this respect, it needs to be noted.

Auto Camper’s customer service from beginning to end has been excellent. In the first instance Auto Campers stood out at the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome show at the NEC. My husband and I found the stand sufficiently staffed, with experts and previous clients, and the team were genuinely interested in listening to what we wanted in a campervan. They were friendly but not pushy. We left to look around other stands at the show but found the level of customer service very disappointing in comparison to Auto Campers.

We were extremely impressed by the Auto Campers vehicles and the level of finish was professional, attractive and affordable. It didn’t take us long to decide this was the company and camper for us.

We had the complication of living in Ireland to deal with but you assured us there wouldn’t be a problem.

The communication throughout the process has been prompt and effective. I have had a few demands from my insurance company that had to be met and each one was dealt with by you efficiently. The time frame was accurate throughout. I was able to plan my flight to pick up the camper well in advance. Meeting me at the airport and the thorough handover of the camper seemed effortless thanks to your professionalism.

As for our new Leisure Van… yes I agree it is a lovely drive, in fact I’m not keen on my car anymore! As I waited for a 3am ferry to Ireland I was able to make a cup of tea (thanks for the kettle) and then have a few hours comfortable sleep.

The level of finish in the conversion is very professional. Everything looks and works great. The space in the van for storage and living is amazing. Little features make all the difference… nice lighting, camper manual, adjustable bed positions, freezer compartment etc. Neighbours and friends who have seen the camper absolutely love it… as do we.

So Steve, thank you so much for your helpfulness and efficiency and for listening to us and telling us what type of camper was best for us. You were spot on. The Hi-Line was the right choice. We look forward to lots of travelling and adventures. Good luck with the Auto Campers range. I will have no hesitation in recommending you and your campervans.

The service I have received from sales to repairs, servicing and general advice is first class. I can speak highly of Roy Wood Transits through personal experience, they are a great company, staffed by knowledgeable committed professionals, who are a pleasure to deal with.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Roy Wood Transits. However… they do need a new coffee machine and the phone hold music is pretty dodgy but minor details when it comes to dealing with the ‘above average’ boys.
