Ford parallel imports have been part of our business since 2000. Every Transit originates from the same production facility in Turkey and shares all the same components, all supported by Ford’s warranty in the same way if you were to take your UK brought Ford to Germany and needed assistance from a German Dealer.

Historically, import warranties were 2 years from Ford, not the 3 year GB warranty, however from 2024, Ford imports now have a 5 year Ford warranty.

So why consider an import?

As an independent Dealer, we use our Transit specialist knowledge to typically specify stock GB dealers don’t, such as high output engines, metallic colours, max towing capacities, in addition we order single and double chassis cabs and utility cabs, always rear wheel drive and always twin rear wheels construction, landscape and waste management business’s need.

We offer a wide range of body options including Chipper tippers, waste management tippers, tool pod tippers & drop side trucks, plant & traffic management trucks with tail lifts, standard & low floor lutons, to name a few.

Just wanted to give a big thank you to Steve, Karl and Paul we picked up our MRV Camper just before Christmas and couldn’t be happier with it.
From our fist visit to auto campers we decided to buy from these guys due to the quality of the campers and the knowledge of Steve just had to decide on the camper we wanted and after a few visits we decided on the MRV pop top with the help of Steve.
Throughout the whole process there was no pressure just good sound advice.

First class help and advice from Jason when reviewing a Ford Tourneo Custom WAV. I was impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and helpful communication provided by Jason at Roy Wood Transits when trying to purchase a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

We recently had an electrical fault with our camper due to the failure of a dashcam power cable fitted by a third party (NOT Roy Woods Transits). We need to be relayed back from South Devon to Reading on the second day of our holiday. We only needed to make one call to Jason at Roy Woods Transits and the repair was set in motion. We repacked the estate car and travelled back to Devon the next day knowing our campervan was in good hands. I can’t thank the team enough for all their assistance. Very much a 5 star service.
